Summary
In a 12-week clinical study in Korean menopausal women, EstroG-100® significantly alleviated menopausal symptoms and improved quality of life, demonstrating greater symptom improvement compared with placebo. Importantly, no significant changes were observed in serum estrogen or FSH levels, endometrial thickness, body weight, or BMI, and no adverse events were reported throughout the study. These findings support the efficacy and safety of EstroG-100® as a non-hormonal option for managing menopausal symptoms.
